Who Is to Blame for Kamala’s Defeat?

Amid finger-pointing among Democrats over who to blame for Vice President Kamala Harris’s election loss, most voters agree that President Joe Biden should have ended his reelection campaign earlier.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 43% of Likely U.S. Voters believe Harris deserves more blame for Democrats losing this year’s election, while 26% think Biden deserves more blame and 30% are not sure. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
