46% "Plan" to Watch Edwards' Speech
Nearly half the nation's voters, 46%, plan to watch Vice-Presidential candidate John Edwards' acceptance speech tonight.
It is likely that the actual audience will be smaller than the number of people who say they "plan" to watch the speech. However, it is also likely that tonight's speech will attract a larger audience than the first two night's of the Convention. Earlier research found that just 5% of voters said they planned to watch "a lot" of the Democratic celebration.
