Hudson Index: Tampa
Worker Confidence Rebounds
After declining for two consecutive months, worker confidence in Tampa rebounded in November as the city’s Hudson Employment Index (SM) climbed seven points to 117. Record high sentiments around personal finances, layoffs and job security spurred the jump. The city’s latest reading is well above last November, when it registered 105.4. The composite Index, based on responses from approximately 9,000 workers nationwide, increased nearly four points to 105.3 in November.
