3* When you go out to the movies, do you typically pay with cash, check, debit card, credit card, or some other means of payment?

4* Have you ever gone a full week without paying for anything with cash and coins?

5* Sometimes, in places where people make cash payments, there is a place to donate pennies to charity or some other purpose. When you are given pennies in change, how often do you put them in some kind of donation receptacle at the counter rather than keep them?

6* A proposal has been made for the United States to stop making pennies. Do you favor or oppose a proposal for the United States to stop making pennies?

7* Some believe that it costs more for the U.S. Mint to make pennies than the pennies are worth. If it costs the government more than a penny to make a penny, should the United States stop making pennies?
